HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date.

• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff development.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

• Prior experience in HR processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
