Celebrating over 80 years ROMKids Camp is one of Torontos most imaginative and diverse day camps where creativity meets exploration. Inspired by ROMs world-class collections and research our camp offers experiential and interactive activities tailored for young inquisitive minds.

This March Break we are excited to offer positions for dedicated individuals who can contribute to our vibrant camp environment. ROM Assistants will provide essential 1-on-1 support to campers with disabilities or those requiring additional assistance ensuring an inclusive and enriching camp experience. Our ideal candidates are compassionate and skilled in working with children of various needs including those who are neurodiverse or have physical disabilities such as ADHD ASD learning differences cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy.

When applying please include a cover letter with your the cover letter highlight any First Aid certifications you hold and describe the programs or subjects youre most qualified to instruct based on your academic background or previous teaching experience. Also indicate which camp sessions you are available to instruct and confirm that you can attend our mandatory orientation on February 22 2026. Lastly all applicants must be prepared to provide a Vulnerable Sector Screening as its essential for anyone working with children or vulnerable persons. This helps us ensure the safety and well-being of our campers.
