Equipe

Notre département Capital Markets accompagne les investisseurs français et internationaux dans la vente ou lacquisition de leurs actifs ou de portefeuilles dactifs immobiliers. Il est organisé en plusieurs pôles: Bureaux Retail Logistique Hôtels VEFA Résidentiel et Analystes.

Nos consultants présents à Paris et Lyon accompagnent leurs clients et apportent leur savoir-faire à toutes les étapes de la transaction: de lidentification dopportunités dinvestissement à la signature de la transaction en passant par la réalisation des pitchs la stratégie darbitrage la commercialisation des actifs ou encore la réalisation des due diligences.

Ils travaillent en étroite collaboration avec les analystes en investissement qui les accompagnent dans lensemble des étapes dun projet en particulier sur les aspects analytiques et marketing de projet.

Missions

Rattaché(e) au pôle analystes Regions qui gère particulièrement les opportunités de vente dactifs de bureaux en régions et dactifs logistiques et industriels vous accompagnerez les consultants sur des missions variées telles que:

• Rédiger des documents commerciaux: propositions de services mémorandums de vente
• Visite immeubles participation aux pitchs
• Analyser les actifs mis en vente: calculs de rentabilité valorisations (cash flows et capitalisation) analyses SWOT
• Réaliser des études de marché ad hoc pour nos clients investisseurs
• Analyser et synthétiser des documents juridiques techniques et financiers
• Accompagner les acquéreurs potentiels lors du processus de vente en répondant à toutes leurs questions.
