Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to support the maintenance troubleshooting and repair of production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime and safe operations.
Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm (OT Opportunities Available)
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive predictive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime
- Maintain and service motors conveyors pumps compressors gearboxes and automated machinery
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Support equipment installations upgrades and process improvements
- Document maintenance activities work orders and parts usage using CMMS
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations lockout/tagout procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with production engineering and quality teams to improve equipment reliability
- Maintain facility systems such as HVAC lighting and compressed air (as applicable)
$27 - $31 an hour
