As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area we are expanding our services and are seeking dedicatedcaregivers to support a new client.

We are preparing to staff a light-duty care case in Spring TX (77388). This position will involve short shifts with the official schedule to be announced once care needs are finalized.

Shifts Available

• Short shifts (Official schedule to be announced)

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide light assistance with daily living activities including meal preparation medication reminders light housekeeping and companionship.

• Monitor and observe the clients overall well-being and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.

• Assist with errands or transportation as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

• Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a clean and secure environment.

• Communicate effectively with clients families and supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience preferred (experience in senior care is a plus).

• CNA certification is ideal but not required.

• Ability to pass a background check and reference check.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassion patience and empathy when working with elderly clients.

• Willingness to travel up to 25 miles when needed.
