Objective

Responsible for driving continuous business growth via developing product portfolio strategy and identifying strategic opportunities and driving cross-functional collaboration for Business Unit

and Responsibilities

1. Lead BU brand portfolio strategy (Portfolio/new launch etc.) Go-To-Market strategy and LROP forecast

2 Consolidate massive data from BU and Cross functional departments to drive business insights to track BU performance progress and help regions to identify business opportunities and design new innovative business models

3. Work with BU internal and cross-functional colleagues (Finance Business Excellence L&C etc.) to continuously streamline KPI tracking processes and standardizing tracking reports

4.Organize regular brand business reviews

5.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on BU overall performance tracking and regular communication

6.Support on BU level ad-hoc projects or requests to drive synergy cross BU to achieve one goal build up sharing & learning culture based on platform and tech to promote BU culture

Requirements

/ Professional Certificate: Bachelors degree (Master or MBA is plus)

Experience

  • 8 years working experience in strategic departments or consulting firm experience in multinational pharma company is preferred
  • Functional experience with strategy operations or equivalent expertise areas

knowledge and skill

  • Strong strategic thinking problem-solving capabilities and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills data analytics and professional proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Capable to collaborate with BU internal and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Capable to work in complicated environment and influence others to achieve results
  • Be agile and open-minded with high compliance mindset
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English
