Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

整合廠務部門稽核活動確保符合 IATF 16949ISO 及 SPS 系統標準提升品質與效率
Integrate facilities department audit activities to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 ISO and SPS standards improving quality and efficiency.
建置與維護 SAP FMS 保養管理系統推動預測性維護並建立標準化維護流程確保系統穩定與設備可靠度
Build and maintain SAP FMS preventive maintenance system; drive predictive maintenance and implement standardized processes to ensure system stability and equipment reliability.
推動廠區專案導入與執行包括教育訓練規劃全球專案推廣碳排減量ESG策略智慧節能及水資源回收
Lead facility-related projects including training program development global project deployment carbon reduction ESG initiatives smart energy-saving and water recycling.
管理 SPC統計製程管制與 SCADA監控與數據採集系統確保產能穩定與最佳化
Manage SPC (Statistical Process Control) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems to ensure stable and optimized production capacity.
規劃並控管專案成本建立成本監控中心提供即時數據分析並與財務及採購部門協作提升效益
Plan and control project budgets establish cost monitoring center provide real-time data analysis and collaborate with Finance and Procurement for cost efficiency.
規劃與執行部門教育訓練建立教材與平台追蹤訓練成效
Plan and execute department training programs develop training materials and platforms and track effectiveness.
掌管中控室值班人員管理與系統運轉監控確保全天候穩定運作
Manage control room staff scheduling and operations monitoring to ensure 24/7 system stability.
管理委外承包商並善用 AI 技術簡化流程提升監控與維護效率推動智慧化管理
Oversee external contractors and leverage AI technologies to streamline processes enhance monitoring and maintenance efficiency and drive smart facility management.

Qualifications / 資格要求

大學以上學歷機電工程化工環境工程或相關科系
Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering Environmental Engineering or related fields.
具專案管理與整合能力能協調跨部門資源確保專案如期完成
Strong project management and integration skills; ability to coordinate cross-functional resources to meet deadlines.
具半導體廠務系統運轉經驗五年以上
Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor facility operations (including HVAC ultrapure water wastewater power distribution gas supply etc.).
英文聽說讀寫能力佳能與國際團隊協作
Proficient in English (speaking reading and writing) for effective collaboration with global teams.
加分條件具 IATF/ISO 稽核經驗熟悉 FMCS/SCADA 圖控設計具 ESG節能水資源回收專案經驗教育訓練平台設計與維護經驗熟悉 AI 應用於流程優化
Preferred: Experience with IATF/ISO audits knowledge of FMCS/SCADA design ESG and energy-saving projects training platform development and AI applications for process optimization.
