We are seekinganindividual with both broad and deepcloudimplementation and migration experience with a focus onApplication transformation and migrationtolead the continued growth of our cloud practice servingRSMclients in a variety of industries and geographic locations.The successful candidatewill have solid working knowledge ofapplication patternscloud architecture modelsleading vendor productsandsolutionscloudtechnology trends securitydesignand innovation as well asexperienceleveragingthis knowledge tobenefitglobalorganizations.The candidate will alsopossessstrong leadership traits andexhibita proventrack recordof developing launching and operatingapplicationconsultingpractices.This individual will ultimately bepartlyresponsible for thelong-termvision ofourapplication transformationpractice including the focus on developing and expanding the portfolio of solutions that are available to clients.

Asaleader within theICpracticethesuccessfulcandidateisresponsible fordeveloping strong working relationships with clients built on understanding their businesses thechallengestheyfaceand the outcomes they are looking to achieve.The selected candidatewillidentifypursueand close new opportunities with both existing and new clients and will provide subject matter knowledgeto supportthe efforts of the broader consulting practice.Thisindividualwillalsowork across multiple client account teams within a wide variety of industries.The candidate isresponsibletoleadmultiple team engagements simultaneously including severalthreadsofcomplex implementation and migration engagements.In addition this individual willbe responsible forleading a global team ofapplicationspecialists developing go to market solutions working with industry leading technology vendorsandchampioningthecloudpractice throughout the Firm.

Successful candidatestypically have10years of experience in the followingareas:

• Confidently speaking with knowledgeable clients on the topic ofapplicationstrategy architecture workload migrationplanningand common security practices such as landing zones

• Acting as trusted advisor to senior technology leaders onapplicationengineering activities

• Identifyingand building solutions to drive growth in project-based and managed services

• Developingapplicationstrategy for clients that include value frameworksapplication estate planningmodernizationand migration patternswith a focus of using AI and automation to drive accelerated client value.

• Developingapplication rationalization approaches to create migration roadmaps.

• Designing architectingimplementingand supporting simple to complex enterprise solutions for a variety of business use cases and requirements. Guiding and mentoring clients through the entire process

• Providingprincipal engineering support to various teams throughouta clientsdigital transformation.

• Understanding commonapplicationdevelopment anddeployment models including platform types (IaaS SaaS PaaS)

• Executing solution delivery engagements for both small and large environments

• Eminence buildingin the industrythrough frequent publishing and speaking on relevant topics

• Recruiting top talent through your network and eminence activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or graduate degree and10years of related work experience

• Highproficiencywithapplication development technologies.

• Highproficiencywiththe tools and techniques forcloud nativeand modern application development.

• Experiencewith private public and hybrid cloud deployments

• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally

• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels

• Excellent project management organization and follow-up skills

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently

• Willingness and ability to travelglobally

• Strong financial and business acumen and ability to speak about technology in the language of business
