Job Summary
Envision Honda ofMilpitas is seeking Experienced Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team in Milpitas CA. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences this is the opportunity for you. We offer a competitive compensation package with a guaranteed $5000 for the first 3 months to support your success as you ramp up.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through to closing the deal.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Envision Motors inventory pricing and promotions.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales consultant in the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to exceed goals.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass the background check and drug test.
