The role
Were looking for a Registered Nurse to join our day team working 36 hours per week.
Youll play a key clinical role on shift delivering person-centred nursing care while supporting and guiding care colleagues. Youll have the trust and autonomy to lead with confidence backed by a supportive management team and a stable experienced staff group.
Youll need to be able to get to the home independently as our public transport links arent brilliant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality compassionate nursing care
- Completing clinical assessments and personalised care plans
- Leading by example and supporting colleagues on shift
- Ensuring care meets CQC standards and best practice
- Building positive relationships with residents and families
About you
Youll be a Registered Nurse who values people as much as process.
Youll bring:
- At least two years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience working with older people in a social care or healthcare setting
- A good understanding of CQC standards
- Confidence to lead organise and make sound clinical decisions
- Strong communication and basic IT skills
- A flexible team-focused approach
