- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Support business growth through new client acquisition and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements
- Track leads maintain client communication and support closures
- Observe market trends and assist in identifying new opportunities
Requirements
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction Sales or Business Development.
- Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Excellent communication negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles follow-ups and closures.
- Prior experience in the construction / real estate industry is an added advantage.
