Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate steel fitting and fabrication activities at site or workshop.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings isometrics and specifications to guide fitting work.
Allocate manpower plan daily work activities and monitor productivity and quality.
Ensure all steel fitting works comply with project specifications safety standards and timelines.
Coordinate with welding QA/QC and site engineering teams to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade.
Minimum 58 years of experience in steel fitting and fabrication including supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of structural steel fitting alignment measurement and fabrication practices.
Ability to manage teams enforce safety compliance and meet project deadlines.
