Job Summary
- Knowledge in HVAC and BMS control system and equipments
- Knowledge on BMS pre-commissioning and final T&C activities
- BMS point to point troubleshooting and functional test expertise
- Knowledge to identify the various BMS signals
- Assist T&C Engineer on the program downloading and test process
- Knowledge on various BMS filed devices and peripherals
- BMS loop checks and troubleshooting expertise
- BMS DDC wiring knowledge
- Pre-commissioning and final commissioning check list preparation
- Knowledge to monitor and control the BMS system through BMS graphics
- Good coordination and collaboration skills among the team
- Close coordination and reporting to the team lead
- Siemens BMS system knowledge is preferable
- Familiar with HSE standards on projects
Requirements
- Trade certification on Electrical/HVAC or similar qualifications
- Ideally 5 6 years of relevant experience
- Siemens Desigo X-works Plus Desigo CC ABT and ABT-Pro experience is an advantage
