About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused Technical Support Representative to provide reliable and timely technical assistance to clients. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues guiding users through solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in an onsite work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone email or chat
Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions clearly and professionally
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
Adhere to company policies procedures and service standards
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative
Demonstrated ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A customer-focused mindset with a talent for building relationships.
Comfortable working independently during night shifts.
