Job Summary

This is a remote position.


  • Monitors and manages incoming emails and enquiries for both themselves and the client responding promptly and appropriately and referring to the relevant staff member when necessary.
  • Filing of documents
  • Pre-populate the Home Loan Broker Notes
  • Assist with Home Loans / Business Finance/ Business Broking
  • Check Eagle and Mercury as well as the new CRM for any tasks and updates daily
  • Check with the client if there is anything that needs doing if no task list is sent through
  • Make up a new Information Memorandum and filing of documents for Business Listings
  • Work with the clientto upload Social Media and Marketing
  • Assist with advancing the Technology and IT of the company to become a leader in the industry
  • Provide a daily update before logging off each afternoon
  • Maintains security and safety of files and documents
  • Performs administrative duties as needed filing documents maintaining office procedures and assisting with event coordination
  • Be a team player and assist in other areas of the business where necessary.


Requirements

  • Finance / Mortgage Broking background
  • Mathematics / Excel and Microsoft Office suit
  • AI understanding and some programming background
  • Facebook / Social Media / Marketing experience
  • Experience with Mercury and Apply Online in the Mortgage Broking space
  • Experience with Canva
