Project Manager Packaging Design
Join the MBD team as a Project Manager in the Packaging Design industry and ensure that creative concepts are delivered efficiently and successfully for our clients.
The role is full-time (40 hours) Mon Fri 9 - 5.30pm reporting to the Production Director and is open to remote working in the US only.
The pay range for this role is $60000 to $80000 dependent on experience.
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager who will ensure that timelines budgets and client expectations are met while collaborating with the studio team. The ideal person will be responsive flexible professional and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

What youll do:
- Oversee multiple print packaging projects concurrently.
- Act as the liaison between the client and the studio translating feedback into actionable project briefs.
- Ensure all client requests adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the studio team to communicate and execute project requirements effectively.
- Track project scope status and milestones using a proprietary workflow system to ensure deadlines are met.
- Review all work for accuracy quality and brand consistency before delivery to the client.
- Maintain a professional solution-oriented approach while managing expectations and priorities under tight deadlines.
What youll bring:
- Experience in project management within the packaging design industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex directions into clear actionable tasks.
- An eye for design branding and detail to ensure brand integrity.
- The ability to thrive in dynamic high-pressure environments.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with macOS environments and MS Office 365.
