Primary Function:

Interior Designer will support and enhance the design and functionality of interior spaces across all brands and projects within MDM company. also will focus on creating aesthetically pleasing functional and safe spaces by determining space requirements and selecting appropriate materials colors and lighting. The designer will work closely with internal teams to prepare designs complete construction documents and present concepts for approval.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks/Duties

Design & Concept Development:

Plan draw and develop 2D and 3D design concepts for ongoing interior and decoration projects for all MDM brands.
Create and present innovative design solutions that align with MDMs brand identity and strategic goals.
Prepare and present mood boards finish selections furnishings and fixture designs for internal approval.

Project Documentation & Coordination:

Prepare detailed construction drawings floor plans elevations and 3D renderings for internal use and contractor reference.
Draft building plans and ensure compliance with company standards safety regulations and industry codes.
Coordinate with internal departments contractors and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and timely project completion.

Budgeting & Resource Management:

Develop and manage project budgets for all interior design activities ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Source and procure materials furniture lighting and decorative items maintaining documentation for procurement and cost control.

Internal Communication & Presentation:

Present design concepts material samples and progress updates to MDM management and relevant internal teams.
Incorporate feedback from MDM stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to design plans.
Ensure all designs reflect MDMs brand values culture and operational requirements.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in interior design preferably with a focus on corporate commercial or retail environments.

Skills

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong visualization and space planning skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
Knowledge of construction processes materials and building codes.
Excellent project management organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills with a collaborative approach to working with internal teams.
