Job Summary
Job Title: Security Driver (Code 10)
Location: Cape Town
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable security driver with a Code 10 drivers license to join our team. The primary responsibility of the security driver will be to transport clients personnel and confidential materials safely and securely to designated locations. The candidate must have a strong understanding of security protocols defensive driving techniques and emergency response procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Safely transport clients personnel and confidential materials to designated locations.
2. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
3. Maintain constant communication with security team and follow established security protocols.
4. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of the vehicle.
5. Respond promptly to emergency situations and follow established procedures.
6. Keep accurate records of trips mileage and fuel consumption.
7. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Preferred Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Valid Code 10 drivers license with PDP.
2. Grade B Psira Registered
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a security driver or similar role.
4. Strong knowledge of security protocols and defensive driving techniques.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations.
7. Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed.
