Within this role your main responsibilities will be :
- Manage marketing product management and digital function in its entirety including but not limited to building and maintaining market model forecasting sizing the market gathering required market intelligence segmentation analysis of SOD routes to market NPI and pricing.
- Design and manage the business strategy along with Sales and Engineering to achieve product lines revenue and profit targets (product portfolio sales channels strategy marketing & communication campaigns partnerships).
- Define and manage the strategy for Aftermarket digital presence campaigns and sales channels.
- Look for potential inorganic (M&A) growth opportunities for Aftermarket (service replacement & Performance business).
- Own STRAP process deliverables coordinating cross functional input and building overall Aftermarket Strategy.
In addition to those responsibilities you will as well :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and digital strategy for the aftermarket division.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
- Looks for potential inorganic (M&A) growth opportunities for Aftermarket (service replacement & Performance business).
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate the team ensure appropriate skills and competencies in according to the Aftermarket Marketing strategy.
Our requirements :
- MBA strongly preferred
- Education: Marketing Engineering or Commercial Background
- 5 to 10 years of experience on a leading role in Marketing Function with an Industrial or Automotive Sector Company recognized for its Marketing practice
- Strong background in marketing as well as experience in the digital and aftermarket industries
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Understanding of the aftermarket industry and customer needs
