Job Summary
An established and fast-growing insurance organization is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Producer to drive new business growth within the middle-market segment. This role is designed for a sales-focused professional who prefers to concentrate on relationship building and revenue generation without the burden of administrative responsibilities. The environment is collaborative modern and performance-driven.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new Employee Benefits business within the middle-market space primarily supporting groups ranging from 100 to 2000 lives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored Employee Benefits solutions including self-funded arrangements
- Manage and expand an existing book of business while generating new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure seamless onboarding renewals and ongoing client satisfaction
- Stay informed on market trends carrier offerings and regulatory changes impacting Employee Benefits programs
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry
- Proven success working with an existing book of business and driving new sales
- Strong background in middle-market Employee Benefits programs
- Experience with self-funded plans required
- Demonstrated ability to focus on consultative selling and relationship management
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
