Millbrook ECI is hiring for our Back Parts Counter!

Ready to drive your career in the right direction Buckle up East Coast International Trucks is looking for a Back Parts Counter to keep our service department running at full speed! As a key member of our parts team youll work closely with technicians suppliers and customers to source organize and deliver the right parts at the right time helping keep every job on track and every vehicle on the road!

Hours: Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm

What Youll Do

Support the service department by identifying locating and supplying required parts in a timely manner.
Source parts from dealership inventory other branches local suppliers or place stock/air/DSP orders when needed.
Enter track and follow up on parts orders including backorders and notify the service department when parts arrive.
Assist customers with parts needs through phone inquiries and in-person interactions within the dealership
Explain part functions features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Ensure parts are shipped accurately and on time following up when necessary.
Maintain accurate parts inventory displays and reference materials.
Stock shelves and support shipping and receiving activities as required.
Assist front counter staff by answering calls during high-volume periods.
Complete all assigned training and perform other duties as required.

What You Bring

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Knowledge of automotive or heavy-duty parts or the ability to learn quickly.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage orders and inventory accurately.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer questions or concerns effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with service teams managers and fellow employees.
Basic computer skills and experience working with inventory or ordering systems (or willingness to learn).
A positive attitude reliability and a team-first mindset.
