Position Summary:

Thisisntyour basic coffee run internship. This isGSD&M Daze of spendyour summer days in a daze as you experience our fast-paced creative environment for yourself. Hereyoullactually beworking alongside our talentedteams. From creative and account leadership to strategy and analytics and beyond you can expect a real hands-on competitive experience.

What: Paid 40hr/week summer intern program

When:Tuesday June2nd - Friday August7th

Where: Austin TX Hybrid: In office (Tues Wed Thurs) / Remote (Mon Fri)

Who: Any college junior/senior/grad level students and recent graduates

Program Highlights:

Agency Experience - Acquire hands-on real work ad agency experience

Intern Team Project - Collaborate on a cross-departmental group project

Lunch & Learns - Gain insights into the role of each agency discipline

Group Gatherings - Join inmeet-upswith fellow interns and agency staff

Job Highlights:

AsaBusiness Development intern youwillhave the opportunity togain experience with the following:

-Assistingin new business pitches

-Managing team pitch team drives

-Initial research andGetSmarts(from competitive analysis industry deep-dives and brand overviews).

-Conducting weekly industry reports

-Maintainingthe business development archive system

-Assistwith team communication

-Building presentation rooms for site visits

-Creating New Business reports

-Tracking and logging creative samples

-File and data management

Skills:

-Working knowledge of MS Office Suite Google Suite or Mac equivalent
-Proficient in agency email/calendar/meeting programs ( 365 MS Teams Zoom)

Requirements:

Candidates must be enrolled as a junior senior or graduate-level student in college OR recent college graduate (less than 1 year since graduation)

Must be available during thelength of the program (6/2/26 8/7/26) and able to come into the GSD&M Austin offices at least 3 days a work offsite on Mondays and Fridays.

Must be able to work full-time 40 hours per week.
