This group includes experienced consultantslocatedthroughout theglobe. We serve a diverse client base within a variety ofindustries andare focused on meeting our clients where they need us most across a variety of domains- helping themrealize their stated outcomesthrough ourcloud advisoryimplementationandoperations.

We are seekinganindividual with both broad and deepcloudimplementation and migration experience with a focus on complex multi-cloud and hybrid environmentsto join ourteam andlead the continued growth of our cloud practice servingRSMclients in a variety of industries and geographic locations.The successful candidatewill have solid working knowledge ofcloudleading practicesunderstanding of cloud architecture modelsleading vendor productsandsolutionscloudtechnology trends securitydesignand innovation as well asexperienceleveragingthis knowledge tobenefitglobalorganizations.The candidate will alsopossessstrong leadership traits andexhibita proventrack recordof developing launching and operating cloudconsultingpractices.This individual will ultimately bepartlyresponsible for thelong-termvision ofthe cloudpractice including the focus on developing and expanding the portfolio of solutions that are available to clients.

Asaleader within theICpracticethesuccessfulcandidateisresponsible fordeveloping strong working relationships with clients built on understanding their businesses thechallengestheyfaceand the outcomes they are looking to achieve.The selected candidatewillidentifypursueand close new opportunities with both existing and new clients and will provide subject matter knowledgeto supportthe efforts of the broader consulting practice.Thisindividualwillalsowork across multiple client account teams within a wide variety of industries.The candidate isresponsibletoleadmultiple team engagements simultaneously including severalthreadsofcomplex implementation and migration engagements.In addition this individual willbe responsible forleading a global team of cloud specialists developinggo to marketsolutions working with industry leading cloud providers and technology vendorsandchampioning thecloud practice throughout the Firm.

Successful candidatestypically have10years of experience in the followingareas:

• Confidently speaking with knowledgeable clients on the topic of cloud strategy architecture workload migrationplanningand common security practices such as landing zones

• Acting as trusted advisor to senior technology leaders on cloud engineering activities

• Identifyingand building cloud-based solutions to drive growth in project-based and managed services

• Developingcloud strategy for clients thatincludecloud value framework multi-cloud strategy and cloud program office to drive cloud transformation.

• Developingapplication rationalization approaches to create cloud migration roadmap

• Designing architectingimplementingand supporting simple to complex enterprise cloud solutions for a variety of business use cases and requirements. Guiding and mentoring clients through the entire process

• Providingprincipal engineering support to various teams throughouta clientsdigital transformationtoa cloud native organization.

• Spearheadingstrategic cost optimization initiatives achieving multi-million dollarsavings through infrastructure cleanupslicensenegotiationsand dynamic scaling.

• Understanding common cloud deployment models (private public hybrid) including platform types (IaaS SaaS PaaS)

• Executing solution delivery engagements for both small and large cloud environments

• Eminence buildingin the cloud industrythrough frequent publishing and speaking on relevant topics

• Managing relationships with major cloud platform providers AWS Azure GCP including working with partner representativesmaintainingexecutive levelrelationshipsandcultivating sales channels

• Recruiting top cloud talent through your network and eminence activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or graduate degree and10years of related work experience

• Highproficiencywithpopular cloudtechnologies (AWS GCP Azure)

• Highproficiencywiththe tools and techniques for securing multi-cloud and hybrid environments

• Experiencewith private public and hybrid cloud deployments

• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally

• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels

• Excellent project management organization and follow-up skills

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently

• Willingness and ability to travelglobally

Technical Experience

Cloud Platform Expertise
Deep hands-on experience with one or more of the majorhyperscalers(AWS AzureGCP )including core services likecompute storagenetworkingand managed services. Able toarticulate cloud strategyandunderstand existing client architectures and propose new orimprovedsolutionsacross platforms. This includesdemonstrableunderstanding ofadditionalplatform specific capabilities and nuances pricingmodelsand limitations.

Infrastructure and Architecture
Strong foundation with on-premises infrastructure virtualization(VMWare Hyper-V) networking protocols storage architectures and data center strategy and operations.

Understanding ofhybrid and multi-cloud connectivity patterns. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform ARM templates or CloudFormation.

Application Modernization and Migration
Strong understanding ofcloud-nativemodernand legacy application portfolios andexperiencewithmigration strategies.

Understanding ofstandard application patterns andthe use ofcontainers (Docker Kubernetes) microservices serverless and API management.

Experience with migration tooling andexecutionmethodologies (7Rs framework).

Security & Compliance
Knowledge ofcloud security frameworks identity and access management network security dataencryptionand compliance requirements. Understanding of zero-trust architecturessecurity posturemanagementand regulatory requirements.

Automation andDevSecOps
Understanding of CI/CD Pipelines configuration managementobservabilityandDevSecOpspractices.
