How Will You Make an Impact
As a Logistics Supervisor at our Memphis TN facility you will oversee and optimize all inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure the accurate efficient and costeffective movement of materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain. You will lead a highperforming logistics team drive process improvements and collaborate crossfunctionally to meet production demands and exceed customer expectations.

On-site at our Memphis TN facility.
What Will You Do
- Supervise train and mentor logistics coordinators and material handlers while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Plan organize and monitor receiving warehousing and distribution activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels conduct regular audits and implement strategies to reduce discrepancies and optimize storage utilization.
- Coordinate with production purchasing and sales teams to ensure timely material availability and ontime delivery of finished goods.
- Manage relationships with thirdparty logistics (3PL) providers carriers and suppliers; negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to service-level agreements.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies within the logistics department.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to track shipments manage inventory and generate accurate reporting.
- Identify recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce costs and elevate overall logistics performance.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports; identify trends and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
- Resolve logisticsrelated issues and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
How Will You Get Here
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field.
- 35 years of logistics warehousing or supply chain experience including 12 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (e.g. SAP Oracle).
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and logistics best practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills required.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are a plus.
