What Youll Do
As a Sales Manager youll be responsible for:
- Manage all sales activities at the hotel
- Prospect qualify and close group corporate and event business
- Lead site tours proposals and event detailing
- Track performance using brand-standard systems
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth event execution
What You Bring
- Marriott and/or Hilton experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and sales strategy skills
- Knowledge of Marriott and/or Hilton brand platforms (CI/TY SalesPro etc.)
- Organized driven and guest-focused
- Availability for occasional travel and flexible hours
