Job Summary
Position Description:
Integrated in the Global Business Services team the HR Shared Services Senior Consultant professional is responsible for delivering efficient consistent and high-quality HR operational services across the employee lifecycle ensuring compliance with Portuguese labour law and alignment with global HR policies and processes.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
As an HR Shared Services Senior Consultant you will be able to:
Integrate a global organization and partner with colleagues across the globe;
Deliver HR administrative services based on solid processes and procedures;
Support HR deliverables within the Global Business Services team offshore;
Drive HR processes and implement policies aligned with the CGI HR model;
Identify opportunities to improve or optimize activities;
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Experience with HR related topics on a multinational environment
Process oriented and proactive looking for process optimization
Solid communication skills in English speaking and writing
Desired Qualifications
Independent worker that requires little supervision beyond initial scope expectation;
Experience in shared services environment
Strong knowledge/experience in Portuguese labour law
Professional Attributes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment able to be flexible and follow business needs

Attention to detail and accuracy
Education and Certification
HR or related graduation
Good knowledge of MS office and HR systems
