Descripción genérica del puesto:

Supervisar equipo de compradores de material directo (productivo).

Mantener y adecuar el nivel de inventario para los suministros de material productivo de acuerdo a las necesidades diarias de producción.

Responsabilidades:

Es responsabilidad del puesto coordinar compras con equipo de compradores así como; mantener los niveles adecuados de los suministros de material directo (productivo) para cubrir necesidades diarias de la producción y evitar paros de líneas de producción

Control de componentes AA A B C etc.

Conciliar facturas vencidas para pago a proveedores

Calcular reserva de Obsolescencia por Qtr.

Revision y resolucion de excesos de inventarios

Revision de componentes criticos y resolucion con el equipo de compradores.

Escalacion en tiempo de problemas criticos

Autoridad:

Administración de personal

Influencia en seleccion de proveedores

Definir niveles de inventario

Definir safety stocks stocks fijos etc

Requerimientos básicos:

Carrera terminada

5 Anos de experiencia en posicion similar

Experiencia previa en manejo de inventario y materiales

Experiencia en la supervisión de personal a cargo

90% Ingles escrito y hablado

Conocimiento en ERPs

Conocer los procedimientos pertinentes a su posición

Habilidad para negociar

Dominio de paquetes Office

Orientado a dar servicio

Requerimientos deseables:

Conocimientos básicos de uso de software ERP

Capacidad de análisis y solución de problemas.

APICS

Maestria Logistica Administracion Desarrollo sistemas.
