Position Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across various business functions.
- Engage in project management activities that enhance digital capabilities and streamline processes within Manulife.
- Collaborate with different teams to improvecustomerservice and distribution strategies ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize analytics to support decision-making processes in group benefits strategy and/orinsurance aiming to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to business development efforts byidentifyingopportunities for growth and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degreeinHealth Business Administration Commerce (or a related discipline) with an expected graduation in 2026.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with sound judgment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to make meaningfulchanges.
- A natural curiosity to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertisein interpreting data and applying data-driven insights to guide business decisions andoptimizeoperations.

Salary range is expected to be between
$62850.00 CAD - $104750.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
