We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Salesperson to join our team in Linden. This full-time position is responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales activities developing relationships with new and existing clients and consistently following up to close sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic personable and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and email. This role requires strong organization persistence and the ability to build trust quickly while meeting revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and actively conduct outbound sales calls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales cycle
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous inside sales customer service or related experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident outgoing and energetic personality
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
- Goal-oriented with a desire to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Linden
