We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our EMEA Field Marketing team and lead marketing for Northern this role you will be responsible for planning and executing field marketing programs across Northern Europe and the effective management and development of a direct report. You will work closely with the regional Sales team to drive engagement and build strong connections with our target accounts.
This role plays a critical part in building pipeline through impactful and targeted field marketing initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build the Northern Europe field marketing plan and lead a diverse range of activities both direct and with our Partner ecosystem including managing conferences sponsored third-party events executive roundtables webinars direct mail campaigns partner collaborations technical workshops and more. As we continuously refine and expand our field programs your insights and contributions will be essential to shaping and improving our strategy moving forward.

First 30 days
Youll focus on getting up to speed with the Northern Europe Field Marketing plan gaining a clear understanding of our goals pipeline priorities and target accounts and goals and direction of your direct report. This time is also about building connections familiarising yourself with our broader marketing and sales teams our technology and our company culture.
By 3 months
Youll be fully embedded in the team and actively executing key elements of the Field Marketing plan setting direction and goals for your direct report. By this point youll be partnering closely with the regional go-to-market team in Northern Europe contributing directly to our engagement and pipeline-building efforts.

Based in the UK Ben has 20 years of experience in B2B tech marketing having started out at Oracle he went onto lead EMEA and APAC marketing for a number of start ups and high growth companies such as MessageLabs (acquired by Symantec) Websense (acquired by Vista) and Zscaler (IPO). Ben loves the challenge of building brands and generating demand in new and early stage markets and regions. Outside of work Ben likes to spend time with his family he tries his best to stop his golf handicap from rising recently he got back into windsurfing and is an avid military history reader.
