Associate Building Consultancy - Energy & Sustainability Solutions (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Beratung von Investoren in allen Bereichen der Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit (ESG Taxonomie SFDR und Dekarbonisierung)
- Leitung der Beratungsprojekte im Kontext des Nachhaltigen Bauens insbesondere im Rahmen von Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierungen (DGNB BREEAM WELL oder LEED) und Lebenszyklusanalysen
- Leitung der bauökologischen Beratung und Begleitung von Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekten
- Erarbeitung von ganzheitlichen Lösungen im Sinne unserer Kunden in abteilungsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Projektmonitoring bzw. Baucontrolling
- Durchführung von TDDs für alle Nutzungsklassen (Büro Produktion Logistik Hotel Wohnen Pflegeheime etc.
- Technische und immobilienwirtschaftliche Beratung von Eigentümern Investoren und Mietern
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium zum Architekten Bau- oder TGA-/Versorgungsingenieur (m/w/d) alternativ Techniker oder Handwerksmeister (m/w/d) im Bereich TGA mit langjähriger Erfahrung
- relevante Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Bauprojektmanagement in der Projektentwicklung im Bereich TDD Projektmonitoring oder Nachhaltigkeitsberatung
- Gute technische (bauliche Gewerke TGA Brandschutz) sowie baurechtliche Kenntnisse (u.a. Planungs- und Bauordnungsrecht Betreiber- und Instandhaltungspflichten Grundbuch etc.)
- Gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit zur Verfassung von Berichten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Interesse am eigenständigen konzentrierten und genauen Arbeiten
- Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
