The Role
Pason is seeking an Account Manager to develop manage and grow customer relationships across both Pason Systems and Intelligent Wellhead Systems portfolios. This role is focused on servicing existing customers while driving new business development opportunities with a particular emphasis on completions-related solutions and the growth of IWS.
The Account Manager will act as a trusted commercial and technical partner to operators contractors and service providers aligning Pason and IWS solutions with customer drilling and completions programs. This position requires strong customer-facing skills a solid understanding of completions operations and the ability to translate customer needs into value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Customer Success
- Develop and execute account plans to identify manage and grow key customer relationships across Pason and IWS.
- Maintain effective long-term business relationships with operators contractors and service partners.
- Regularly engage customers to understand their drilling and completions objectives challenges and future plans.
- Ensure prompt investigation and resolution of customer issues coordinating with internal teams as required.
Business Development & Sales
- Drive new revenue opportunities with a focus on completions and IWS solutions.
- Conduct sales calls presentations and solution discussions tailored to customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new customers while expanding the scope of services within existing accounts.
- Prepare job quotations pricing information and commercial proposals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the oil and gas industry
- Completions experience is required; drilling experience is considered an asset.
- Strong technical and commercial acumen with the ability to understand and communicate drilling and completions technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles such as account management sales sales engineering or advisory positions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational time management and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills developed through practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based fast-paced environment.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Commerce Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred.
- A technical diploma combined with relevant industry experience will also be considered.
