Ideal Candidate:
- Utilize AI Tools for Real Time Training and Coaching RillaVoice.
- 3 years in HVAC or home service sales leadership.
- A track record of team performance and revenue growth.
- Strong coaching and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of residential sales cycles and customer behavior.
