This is a full-time position and the schedule may include evenings nights and weekends based on customer needs.
In this position you will be making a difference each and every day. We are committed to making every type of property damage Like it never even happened!
- Power wash and clean kitchen exhaust systems including:
- Exhaust hoods
- Ductwork
- Filters
- Exhaust fans (including rooftop access when required)
- Efficiently set up and break down job sites and equipment
- Protect surrounding areas to keep job sites clean and controlled
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Participate in ongoing safety training and maintain job readiness
- Problem-solve jobsite challenges and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Perform on-site inspections to assess needs and communicate service recommendations
- Complete required job documentation and photos
- Valid drivers license
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in restoration construction or a related field is preferred.
- IICRC certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders work at ceiling heights work in tight spaces (e.g. crawl spaces attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
