What Youll Do
- Respond promptly to inbound internet leads viaemail phone and chat.
- Engage with customers who areinterested in selling their vehicles building trust and providing guidance.
- Schedule and coordinatevehicle inspections at customers homesor designated locations.
- Present competitive offersbased on market data and vehicle condition.
- Follow up with customers toanswer questions and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate records inCRM systemsand track lead progression.
- Work towardsachievablemonthly and quarterly performance goalswithout the pressure of traditional car sales.
What Were Looking For
- Customer-focused mindsetwith great communication skills.
- Experience inautomotive sales customer service or internet salesis a plus (but not required).
- Ability towork independently manage multiple leads and stay organized.
- Comfortable usingCRM systems internet sales tools and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented but not pushyour process is about making customers feel comfortable.
- Adaptable to afast-paced evolving industry.
