Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
Oversee and manage lifeguards and attendants. Provide safe clean and friendly waterfront
environment for members and guests while adhering to Red Cross Water Safety and POA guidelines

Must be at least 21 years old.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure safe environment for all waterfront guests
Enforce rules and regulations as defined by the American Red Cross and POA
Assist Waterfront Manager with staff scheduling
Provide a clean environment
Provide high level of customer service as outlined by the POA
Pool water chemical testing and balancing
Provide first aid
QUALIFICATIONS
CPR/AED certified
CPO Certification recommended
American Red Cross Water Safety certification
SKILLS
Must possess excellent leadership skills
Must possess excellent communication skills
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Must be organized and detail oriented
EDUCATION
Must have a High School education or GED equivalent
EXPERIENCE
Previous management experience a plus
Previous lifeguard experience a plus
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must be of good health as this position requires outdoor work in possible extreme conditions
May require moderate to heavy lifting
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen test.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
