JOB SUMMARY
Prepare desserts for service staff and directly to guests at the dessert carousel. Must be completely familiar with all Food and Beverage outlets all support departments events promotions and physical layout.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Follow Sanitation Safety Procedures and Daily Sanitation Guidelines
utilize proper hand washing techniques
Bake cookies croissants cinnamon rolls waffle cones and bowls. Plate and garnish desserts to specifications
Prepares ice cream dishes
Make coffee and iced tea
Serves guests directly and take orders from servers for guests at tables
Stock goods
Maintain a sanitary and presentable area
Use Point of Sales System and handle money
May assist in cashier duties
May assist in bussing and hostess duties
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Working with equipment where being safety conscious is required
Working in area where liquid and grease spills may occur
Working in a high stress environment
Typical restaurant environment with occasional crowds and accompanying noise levels
Frequent tobacco smoke
Must be able to push/pull and lift/carry 50 pounds unassisted
Must be able to tolerate repetitious hand/arm/wrist movements
Must be able to sit stand and walk
Must be able to grasp objects
Must have the ability to shift back and forth between 2 or more activities in a timely manner and the ability to complete each

GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values service standards and family style service.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence have excellent communication skills and observation skills and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off nights weekends holidays and overtime as needed.
