Job Summary

- Base salary range: $83212 $92231 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic) oversees teaching and learning across UWA. The Teaching Excellence unit supports the recognition of teaching at UWA including the coordination of the Academy Fellowship Scheme.
About the opportunity
- Support the coordination and administration of UWAs Academy Fellowship Scheme assisting participants mentors and assessors throughout the programme.
- Organise training maintain programme resources and provide accurate advice aligned with accreditation standards and the Professional Standards Framework.
- Manage participant records contribute to process improvements support AFS Fellows and assist with broader Office of the PVCA initiatives.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Administrative experience in a similar environment.
- Desired experience with the Higher Education Academy Fellowship scheme and its operations within a university.
- Demonstrated ability to provide participant support and learning and teaching support in a higher education setting.
- Highly developed written verbal communication skills oral presentation and interpersonal skills.
