What Youll Do
As an HVAC Chiller Technician youll be the go-to expert for complex systems that keep large facilities running. Youll work hands-on with air-cooled and water-cooled chillers plus commercial and industrial HVAC equipment from top manufacturers.
Your day-to-day includes:
- Diagnosing repairing and starting up chiller systems
- Solving real problems not just swapping parts
- Managing your work efficiently while delivering top-tier customer service
- Building strong relationships with customers and teammates
Youll use modern tools like Mobile-Tech to document work orders maintenance checklists and time sheets no paper no guesswork just clean efficient workflows.

- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree from an HVAC trade school preferred
- 10 years of chiller experience with related HVAC equipment
- Universal EPA certification (required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable using mobile technology
- Professional reliable and customer-focused
- Flexible for overtime and weekend work when needed
- Strong communication skills
- Turbocor experience big plus
