THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Principal/Lead Developer to lead the development of scalable web applications focusing 75% on UI (Angular) and 25% on backend ( This role combines hands-on coding team leadership and system architecture to deliver high-performance maintainable solutions. The ideal candidate is organized creative and committed to driving impactful results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design develop and maintain scalable high-performance web applications.
Build Angular-based UI libraries and components with pixel-perfect precision.
Oversee backend development using and NestJS ensuring seamless integration with the frontend.
Highly organized innovative thinker with a commitment to excellence.
Ownership mindset with a drive for results and creative solutions
Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers fostering technical growth and collaboration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements set timelines and meet project objectives.
Proven ability to guide and inspire teams to achieve goals while encouraging creative problem-solving.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align development efforts with business objectives.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Architect solutions for complex systems such as ad delivery networks and authentication.
Identify and implement improvements to workflows code quality and application efficiency.
Take ownership of critical systems and ensure they are flexible maintainable and efficient.
Proficient in Angular TypeScript and responsive mobile-first web application development.
Skilled in NestJS and building high-performance APIs.
Familiarity with NX monorepos OOP principles and scalable architecture
