Job Summary
MOR PPM Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a full-time position located in Bennettsville SC. Will perform daily PMs assist with Capital projects run conduit troubleshoot terminate etc.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance electrical work mill wide
- Read and understand wiring schematic
- Troubleshoot faulted circuits and equipment
- Run conduit of all types and sizes
- Terminate motors panels etc
- Follow daily instruction and work orders assigned
Qualifications
- Electrical license and/or NCCER training are a plus
- Ability to operate all sizes of man lifts (will be certified on site)
- CPR and ARC flash certification will be provided
- Interpersonal skills such as oral verbal and written communication and reasoning is required.
Experience:
- At least three-years experience as industrial maintenance electrician
- Combination of technical training and experience will be considered
Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:
- Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign
- May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above
- Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas
- Must have full range of motion consistent with age
- Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders
- Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees alarms and other job-related noises
- Visual acuity depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces
- Safety/Steel toe shoes are required. Fire resistant (FRs may be required)
