- Minimum 5 years of experience with Sterling DOM
- Minimum 8 years designing and developing enterprise applications
- Strong hands-on experience configuring and customizing Sterling OMS
- Experience working with Sterling Store Engagement and Next Gen Call Center modules
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business partners to define end-to-end solutions
- Solid background in Java J2EE and Spring frameworks
- Expertise in developing microservices
