Job Summary
Position Description:
1. Architectural Strategy & Governance
. Develop and maintain target architectures for SES platforms.
. Evaluate SESs current ecosystem identify technology gaps redundancies and modernization opportunities.
. Define architectural principles design patterns and governance mechanisms aligned with best practice frameworks.
. Ensure architectural decisions support long term scalability cost efficiency security and maintainability.
2. Solution Design & Systems Integration
. Architect integrations across developer platforms.
. Translate business needs and engineering workflows into clear technical architecture blueprints.
. Oversee system integration to ensure consistency across SES services and security domains.
4. Security and Compliance.
. Ensure SES solutions comply with security requirements data protection Identity & Access management.
5. Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment
. Act as a senior technical authority for engineering teams advising on architecture tooling and technology choices.
. Communicate architectural decisions clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders
. Mentor IT DevOps engineers on architectural best practices and coach teams through architectural transitions.
6. Innovation Research & Continuous Improvement
. Scan industry trends (CI/CD modernization AI assisted development) to guide SES platform evolution.
. Recommend new technologies based on business value feasibility and architectural fit.
. Lead architectural reviews proofs of concept and technical decision making across SES initiatives.
Qualifications
. Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or related field.
. 8 years in IT architecture DevOps engineering platform engineering or large scale system design.
. Deep expertise in:
o Developer tools (GitHub Jenkins Nexus Atlassian)
o CI/CD architecture
o Virtualization networking storage and distributed systems.
o Containerization (Docker) orchestration.
. Expertise in LLMs and Generative AI Systems to be able to work with LLMs prompt engineering RAG architectures and safety in gen-AI.
. Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks systems design and integration patterns.
. Excellent communication documentation and cross functional leadership skills.
