Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team and contribute to the international growth of our business. You will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day business of Proekspert. Its an excellent opportunity to be one of the key persons influencing our business growth.
 
What you will do:  

  • Retain and nurture Proeksperts relationships with our key clients focusing on building long-term partnerships. 

  • Be a key point of contact for daily client communication and management. 

  • Ensure client satisfaction by successful relationship and stakeholder management. 

  • Become a strategic partner and advisor to the clients discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit. 

  • Demonstrate excellent business development practices and generate new business opportunities within your accounts. 

  • Lead negotiations with senior management and key stakeholders. 

  • Establish and maintain frictionless collaboration with development teams and other units & colleagues within Proekspert. 


Qualifications :

Were looking forateam member who has:  

  • At least 10 years of professional experience (as an Account Manager Business Developer Customer/Client Success Manager) preferably in software sales. 

  • Experience working with international clients. 

  • Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives in large corporations. 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to become a valued colleague who leads by example and inspires action and cooperation. 

  • Excellent communication relationship-building and business development skills. 

  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to consistently meet deadlines contributing to the smooth progression of projects and high client satisfaction. 

  • Very good spoken and written Estonian and English.   

Nice to have:  

  • Experience in entrepreneurship or as a board member of a company is highly valued.
