What youll do
Performance Objectives - his or her performance will be measured by the following KPI:
- Revenue / customer base growth
Role definition:
- Reseller Acquisition & Development
- Identify target and establish relationships with high-potential resellers to grow the companys channel network.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment of new resellers including evaluation negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand reseller coverage in key markets and verticals.
- Reseller Management & Enablement
- Create and oversee comprehensive reseller business plans including sales targets training and performance tracking.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned resellers to ensure alignment with company goals and growth objectives.
- Support resellers in planning and executing local marketing activities promotions and demand generation campaigns.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide ongoing coaching to drive reseller performance.
- Internal Coordination & Operational Support
- Maintain and update the internal Salesforce management system to ensure accurate tracking of reseller activities and customer referrals.
- Monitor and help grow the sales revenue generated through reseller-introduced customers.
- Serve as the primary internal liaison between resellers and the operations/support teams.
- Ensure prompt resolution of any issues raised by reseller-referred customers while overseeing and coordinating with dedicated support staff to maintain service quality.
- Market Insight & Strategic Innovation
- Stay informed of industry trends competitive landscape and channel dynamics in the China market.
- Proactively propose and implement innovative initiatives to enhance reseller engagement productivity and loyalty.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of channel programs tools and processes based on field feedback and market changes.
Who you are
- Bachelors degree or above in Marketing Business Administration International Trade or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or channel partnerships; background in cross-border B2B payments logistics preferred.
- Familiarity with B2B trading business model
- Excellent communication negotiation and project management skills with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Results-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in reseller partnerships.
- Proficiency in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Existing industry network or resources is a plus.
