Using a child-centred therapeutically informed approach YPP helps young parents build independence and confidence. Operated by the Australian Red Cross from its Randwick office the program offers therapeutic case management parenting classes education life skills training and child development opportunityFor the Graphic Designer role you will support the Young Parents Program by developing visually engaging materials that enhance communication and align with Red Cross branding. The role involves:Designing presentations reports flyers internal documents and other program resourcesApplying strong layout typography and branding principles to all materialsWorking both independently and collaboratively to meet design needs and deadlinesUsing Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop) with confidenceContributing to a purpose-driven team focused on supporting young parents with complex needsYou will need strong communication skills and the ability to interpret design briefs while working both independently and collaboratively to meet design needs and deadlines. The role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks respond to feedback constructively and consistently deliver high-quality visual outputs. Familiarity with Red Cross brand guidelines or the ability to quickly adapt to them is highly Cross will provide training ongoing support and access to a welcoming team environment within the worlds largest humanitarian impactAs a volunteer Graphic Designer for YPP your work will contribute to the programs visibility and reach. Through high-quality design you will help ensure that program communications are clear professional and engagingsupporting efforts to advocate for young parents and engage with stakeholders. Your contributions will help tell the story of the program enhance its communication tools and ultimately strengthen its impact on the lives of vulnerable young requirementsFor this role you will be required to undertake a National Police Check which will be organised through Red will need to provide a recent copy of your CV and provide details for two professional role will also require you to hold or apply for a Working With Children Check or Working With Vulnerable People Check depending on your State/Territory.
