What Youll Do
- Plan organize develop and direct the Activities department operations.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local standards and regulations.
- Design activity programs tailored to residents interests and physical mental and psychological well-being based on comprehensive assessments.
- Create programs that promote socialization entertainment relaxation fulfillment and daily living skills improvement.
- Work includes weekends and may involve managing the facilitys volunteer program.
- Perform various tasks and duties as assigned to support the department and facility goals.
Who Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in a related field preferred. Must have a current American Heart Association approvedBLS card within 3 months of employment and maintain it throughout employment.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a long term care setting or related area preferred.
- Requires a current Colorado Drivers License and a clean DMV record.

Our total rewards package includes
- Pay Range: $17.19 - $19.21/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials:$2$4/hour for nights and weekends

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
