Job Summary

Pay $55K to $60K plus benefits . Recent Accounting Graduates encouraged to apply. Must have Degree.

Support month-end close activities including preparation of supporting schedules and routine close tasks as assigned.
Provide day-to-day accounting support; assist with routine accounting tasks inquiries and documentation.
Assist with maintaining inventory-related records under the direction of the Assistant Controller (e.g. transaction tracking supporting schedules reconciliation support and documentation discipline).
Create and maintain fixed asset records and supporting documentation; assist with additions transfers and disposals documentation and schedule maintenance.
Apply and post customer payments (cash application); maintain accurate customer account records by coordinating with the collections team and resolving payment application issues.

Qualifications :

Four Year Accounting Degree
At Least One Year Experience in Accounting or Finance
