We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a growing business based in Northampton. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented individual who will complete essential administrative tasks allowing the wider finance team to focus on building and implementing new finance systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the day-to-day administrative operations within the finance team
- Setting up and administering credits accurately
- Assisting with understanding and resolving issues related to incorrect invoices
- Investigating invoice discrepancies and supporting corrective actions
- Providing administrative and operational support to the finance team during the implementation and growth of finance systems
- Maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience working with invoices and credits
- Willingness to learn and adapt within a developing team
- Ability to support a team in a fast-paced and evolving environment
