The Electromechanical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of cannula assembly equipment through preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities. This role supports production continuity by managing equipment performance documentation and compliance within classified manufacturing areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure availability and proper functioning of cannula assembly machinery.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedules.
Monitor equipment performance and support KPI compliance (efficiency scrap).
Train and support operators in equipment operation and basic maintenance.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
Promote safety GMP 5S and EHS compliance in all activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
36 years of experience in cannula assembly medical devices or pharmaceutical manufacturing. (Desirable)
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of automated equipment.
Experience with PLCs drives and electrical pneumatic and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with GMP ISO 45001 ISO 14001 and integrated management systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Lean Manufacturing knowledge (TPM SMED 5S).
